$5 code for being an xbox member for 5 years

I received a $5 promo code for being an xbox member for 5 years back in December. I just recently remembered that I had this code but when I tried to redeem it the code was expired. Is there anyway for me to get the $5 or is it too late? I don't see anything
in the email saying the code had an expiration date.

Account longevity and previous awards

I have been an xbox live member on this account for 8 years. Due to the longevity of my account , does this mean I am not eligible for the rewards that I would have attained previously? For example; 8 years of anniversary gem rewards , 5 achievement tier
rewards ( I currently stand at Master) , etc......

Am I being penalized for being an active loyal community member or are these retroactive?

HELP, URGENT...

So, I believe that i am supposed to receive an $25 promotional code for being apart of xbox for 5 years. My account that i use has been active for at least 5 years. When and where do i go to receive it? Or, is it only for certain people?

I don't mind the charging for a name change, it stops people essentially building up a negative reputation - which doesn't always mean one which has been reported as some will merely just avoid that player going forward - then simply switching to avoid
it.

As to the OP, would you prefer they limit how often you could do a name change? Once a year? Every 6 months?
