    Xbox stereo headset breaking

    I have gone through 2 xbox stereo headsets and both of them broke in the exact same spot in the exact same way. They both broke 5-6 months after purchasing them. The right side of the headset, the plastic part, cracked and is extremely sharp, anyone else
    having this problem?

    5 broken headsets is quite a lot! Have you by chance tested any of those headsets on a different controller by chance? Also, can you clarify the exact issue you're having with each headset? Thanks 5 broken headsets :)

    Bought a third headset, ran straight through 3.5 Jack and we're back online. Guess just bad luck I purchased a broken headset trying to fix a broken one.

    Ok last post hopefully, They made a new ticket Service #... A within 3 days it started to ship 5/2.. I will get it 5/10 according to Fedex. So 3/18-5/10 for a headset.. I'm scared to do my broken day one controller with the service. I was granted 3 months
    Xbox Live Gold for the inconvenience though.
