£5.99 just left my bank account for Xbox live, and I didn't buy anything.

So I checked my balance online and viewed my recent transactions, and £5.99 was payed out today to xbox live. I didn't purchase anything so I would like to know what to do about it.

I have no other subscriptions (I checked) so I am suspicious, and *** off.

Anyone know what this is about?

Charges taken in error

My bank account was charged £5.99 on 19th and 27th July by Microsoft X-Box but I haven't bought anything. What's going on?

 

Charges to my account but no Gold service.

Basically i've been charged on my debit card for 5.99 for a 1 month xbox live membership, even tho i cancelled the automatic payments last month after you charge my account for the fourth time without my authorization, on top of this my xbox live still is
updated to gold 2 days after a payment i cancelled and DID NOT authorize this is complete *** and i want the 5.99 your service unlawfully took from my bank account.

 

No one here can help you.You would need to phone support as they are the only ones who can deal with billing issues.

That amount looks like it would be for a months live sub.

 

I think £5.99 is the renewal price if you choose to pay monthly, have you recently signed up for a free trial? Or did you pay for one month not realising it automatically takes payment for next month unless you cancel?

 

That would be the xbox live auto renewal that you automatically get entered into if you renew a one month sub online.

 

got to be the renewal price for gold ... id check you haven't opted for auto renewal !
