5,000 Rewards Credits reads as out of stock used 250, and yet to see redeemed item from ...

it reads this item as out of stock, now so I don't no if its been close too that 96 hours yet, I am not sure if its going to give me the
5,000 Rewards Credits, anyway if I will be seeing them soon, just wondering about it since it still only reads on my account "You have 750 Credits from Mycredits page.

on that website. I just needed to ask this question about it, if its now out of stock since it reads redeemed on my account , will this item still be put into my still account, or will their be an delay since it now reads this item as out of stock on the page
for the MyVIP Gems?

I was told to ask in the support section about this matter, since this item now shows on the website as out of stock, should I see the redeem item on my account still, or will their be like an delay since this item now reads as out of stock?

Hi, I also used an 250 gems, not sure if its been 96 hours yet, in any case, I noticed that on the website, it now shows this item as out of stock, so will I still get the credits on my account or not? no emails about this item yet for me.

I would try and refresh my page for it, but at this time on that website, I am getting back this message. weblinks from pages other that I reply back to, was told I needed to post in support section about this problem, anyway currently
having an problem refreashing the rewards.xbox.com website, again was going to use the points at some point on my xbox one system once it was converted into an xbox gift card amount etc.. but this item reads now as out of stock, but I placed an order on the
credits item before it was listed as out of stock but it shows it as redeemed but the amount is not reflected on my account yet, so I was not sure whats going on with it in any case, I hope that info below helps get this bug or error fixed for me.

anyway before the problem loading the page today, it read this this from that picture, it does not say "deposite request submitted at all message at all" for this item from 5/7/2018 marked as redeemed, I did go ahead and posted in the support section of this
form about it , I hope this helps fix it.

goes that far only it does not fill the whole green bar yet, and doesn't show the item that's marked as redeemed on my account, as of today when I checked on it.

on this page it was asked of me in an photo if it reads deposite request submitted it does not read that message at all on my account for this item which should I hope show up when the problem is fixed, again currently this item reads as out of stock even if
it reads it as redeemed on my account, I don't have an deposite request submitted on my account at all, again I was told in another post. to post about this matter here, I just wanted to clear it up that the green bar only reads it as 750 credits, I don't
have 5,000 Rewards Credits I placed on 05/07/2018 yet, and their is no deposite request message on Myrewards website page at all at this time of me posting about this matter yet.

As long as the rewards site shows you redeemed the credits, you will receive them. Them going out of stock after you redeemed them won't change anything.

The deposit request button will only show when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.
