5,000 between the 1st and 15th November and still not deposited .

You sais that "if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited

by the 15th of the next month"

I got 5,000 11/06/2017 and still not deposited .and we are in mid December.

Any help ?

When will I get my credits? They've been in my acc. since the 25th of November

If they've been pending since November 25, they're scheduled to deposit on the 15th. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So generally, if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they
are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

Xbox Rewards didn't deposit

There was not a deposit scheduled for the 15th. The first deposit took place on the 10th.

When credits are deposited depends on when you get to 5,000 credits. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and
30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. So if you got to 5,000 after November 1, they should be deposited on the 24th (the next deposit).

Since you do not have a British Microsoft payment account to match your British Rewards Account, we cannot deposit into your account. From the FAQ:

How do I make sure my Microsoft account is properly set up to receive Xbox Live Rewards deposits?

In order to receive deposits in the form of your country's local currency, your Microsoft account must be transitioned to currency. As long as you have a billing address on file in your account,

VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. so it would be too early to see credits pending for November purchases There was no deposit scheduled for November 30. The last deposit took place on the 24th.

So it sounds like yours were not pending in time for that last deposit of November (which took place on the 24th, there was not a deposit scheduled for the 30th).
