4tb external Hard drive not recognized by XBOX ONE X.

Ive had my 4tb for about 6mo now and its been great. It works fine and never had anybissues until a few days ago. I started my xbox as per usual, and went to start a game. However, it brought me to the MS store instead. When i looked in storage my External
Hard Drive was not there. I tried every troubleshooting technique offered, and nothing works

I think the only way to get the full 16tb would be to use four different hard drive enclosures and four 4tb drives. (I think?) You could only have two connected at once though.

Keep in mind that if you get a bare drive and enclosure separate, make sure you get an enclosure that will recognize your drive. Many external enclosures won't recognize huge hard drives. Get one that will specifically recognize yours. The one I linked
to will recognize a 4tb drive.

I I'm not wrong some limited edition from Xbox One X was launch with 2TB Hard Drive, We can Change the original HD 1TB to 2TB too but is more indicate to use External Hard Drive ( By the way we can use until 4TB External Hard Drive without problem)

How can i reformat the drive if its not being recognized by the xbox? Id hate to lose wvwrything on there, but its not working. When i plugged it into the pc it said it was working fine, and that there were 250gb of data being used. I couldnt see what, but
its there, i guess.

Yes, i have tried all of them. Why would it just suddenly stop working?
