4oD not working

Whenever I load 4oD I get the following error message: The 4oD service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. [ERROR-CP1]



I've tried uninstalling and a hard reset but it's still the same. Anybody got a solution?

4oD Error CP-1

I am experiencing the same issue, I have also tried a power cycle holding the power button for 10 seconds, reinstalled 4od and am still getting this error-cp1. I've only owned the console for just over a week and haven't got 4od working yet. Anyone any other
ideas? Could it be a problem with my HDMI cable and the 4od app?

 

Now tv and 4od not working

For some reason everytime I try to use now tv or 4oD app on xbox 360 I get a message saying sorry now tv isn't available right now check xbox.com/status I have deleted and re installed the apps countless times and cleared cache but still it doesn't work......I
got in to a live chat earlier and told the person they pretty much just said nothin wrong on our end. Netflix, YouTube and BBC I player all work fine.

 

Don't have a solution for you mate but I'm getting the exact same message and have also done an uninstall and hard reset so would suggest the problem is at their end.

We've also had this prob for days now on xbox one. But 40d is working fine on 360. Both box's are attached directly to same TV with hdmi lead nothing in between. One box goes to port 1 & one goes to port 2 on the TV. Anyone else suffering.

 

Getting same error, been like this for a few days now.

I'm sorry to hear about the error message that has been received when launching 4 On Demand.

I would suggest trying out these troubleshooting steps to see if we can get things sorted:

1. Uninstall the 4 On Demand app
2. Power cycle your Xbox One console.
   
3. Once the console is off completely, unplug your power supply from the wall and your console.
   
4. Leave everything unplugged for a few minutes.
5. Plug your console back in and turn it on.
6. Redownload the 4oD app and try launching it

If you are still experiencing an issue launching 4oD after performing those troubleshooting steps above, please post back and let us know.

 

Did all of the above and still getting error code as everyone else...I notice that the 4od app is not showing on the xbox one list of apps on xbox live but is showing for the xbox 360?..
