My Xbox One X certainly puts out 4K HDR to my Samsung 4K TV. Not sure why you are fishing.

So far I know, there is not such program on the Xbox console.

It most certainly does but if you're talking about an easier way to calibrate 4k and HDR, yes I 'd love a program that simplifies and maximizes your tv and consoles capabilities.

I think you can have more option in system preference on your Xbox
