    ok im having the usual issue with dim picture playihng 4k movies, games are great, just movies dim, its not the tv setting tried that to death. not the xbox settings tried that to death, getting frustrated here, i purchased the onex mainly for the 4k, i
    already had an xbox one for game. so now it sits mostly unused because im to annoyed with it. to even play my games. it seems microsoft dont care, they already got the money, any suggestions?

    I'm having the same issue and I tried the above "fix" to no avail. After getting the message, the Blu-ray player loads the 4k Blu Ray in 1080 not 4K. I can play it in 1080 but not 4K

    yeah I'm not goingcto go through all that, how bout they just fix there 4K machine to actually play 4k videos without jumping through a space time continuum

    Xbox One X nor S will play 4K disc for Shazam!

    I haven't had any problems with my Xbox X playing 4k movies..... Yet!! I know if and when I do that is going to be very frustrating!! I was under the impression that it is a great 4k player. Doesnt make sense why it wouldn't play a certain 4k movie...
    I hope Microsoft comes up with a fix soon!!

    Xbox one s, Netflix not showing 4k available. Netflix on my smart tv does.

    How can you tell? The impression I've gotten is that Amazon isn't displaying 4k yet. My tv shows everything except the Bluray player is 4k, but I don't believe that's true.

    Same, I can only get atmos with 1080p

    When I switch to 4K, audio goes to dolby digital

    Is there a fix yet?

    Will the new Xbox Two be 100% Cloud Gaming?

    Have no fear. It is not time yet, and Microsoft must have 4k blue ray player inside. Maybe one model will be just digital, but there will be top model with disc. I am shure.
