4K making TV unable to see Xbox One X (solved)

My Xbox is set to 4k but my TV is having trouble getting the signal. My Xbox is on but my TV wont display the input.

I need a set of pictures of the Xbox one X GUI so that I can click through the menus and deselect 4k blindly. Or, a step-by-step “Down, down, right, A, left, A” style list. Please help!

Not interested in troubleshooting TV at the moment, just want to be able to use my xbox at all for now.

EDIT: solved, used a different Non-4k TV to force Xbox to auto-detect settings and show screen. Then I took a video with my phone of the correct buttons to press to get to the video options. Then I plugged back into my 4k TV, blindly pressed correct buttons
to force into 1080p.

I did that, and even tried a different HDMI port and enabled HDMI Deep Color on that port as well but it wouldnt work. To be fair it initially worked and then suddenly stopped, which led to the current predicament. I plugged into a sucky non-4k tv and the
Xbox auto-reverted out of 4k mode.

Hi MoJaux, have you ever tried to use the auto-detect system from the Xbox switching it on a different TV ? Keep us in touch.

Ok i plugged it in to a different TV and the Xbox auto-detected that the TV had no 4k capability whatsoever. This allowed me to see the screen.
