4K HDR help

    Hello Snake,

    Thanks for bringing the question to us. There are a few things that could cause this. First being the TV is not one of the recommended HDR for 4k that the Xbox support. For example if the TV is not HDR it will only support certain aspects of 4k. To check
    on 4K and compatibility I will provide you with a few links to look over and troubleshoot the 4K.

    Xbox one x not updating to 4k

    To get the 4k and HDR features you will need a 4k compatible TV, it does however help with game performance.
