4K/HDR Games + Screenshot Bug

Discus and support 4K/HDR Games + Screenshot Bug in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I just noticed when capturing screenshots in a 4K game, the image has a funny crop.     4K/HDR Games + Screenshot Bug


    I just noticed when capturing screenshots in a 4K game, the image has a funny crop. Not really sure how to report this to the Xbox One team. See attached images of game running in 4K and non-4K game. In Mass Effect, it's like a 1080 HD shot was dropped
    in a 4K canvas.

    4k streaming video on xbox one x?

    my 4k video streaming seems okay, its actually some games that dont' handle HDR for me well. like Tombraider. FFXV looks great. Also for me most games HDR screenshots look either overexposed (FFXV) or under exposed.

    Netflix puts HDR on even when programs not in HDR

    Bug issue with latest Netflix - while I can watch 4k and HDR content fine - the app enabled HDR for ALL content when it shouldn't do. It means brightness is overblown etc in plain content.

    Turns out it might be a known issue with Mass Effect vs. XBONE S as the same question was posed in the EA/Bioware forums. Also, the same didn't happen with Gears of War which is also HDR.

    Xbox one s does not allow 60Hz in advanced video settings but my TV supports it

    Yes I followed all the steps, but nothing works. I'm stuck at 24Hz and Xbox One S does not "Allow 60Hz" even though it says my 4K HDR TV is capable of replaying at 60Hz. Is there a bug already on this issue? If not how can I log a bug so it gets fixed in
    the future? Thanks!

    yet? If not, please take a peek at that and follow all the steps provided and see if that helps at all. :)
