4K dvd issues

    So i just bought the hobbit 4k trilogy. My xbox one x will just sound like its trying to read the disc over and over for a min or two then just stops. Doesnt recognize a disc in the drive. My games work, i just watched a 4k movie recently a few days ago
    and that was just fine. I power cycled, cleared persistent data in the blu ray settings, and still will not play. This has happened to me before but it tends to work after a few tries. I have been at it for awhile now.

    On a side note if i try to put in my skyrim game in it will not load and causes all discs not to load for awhile. On top of the skyrim disc not being able to load either. Just an odd side note as i havent tried that in like 2 years because of that issue.

    Why can't I play a dvd on my Xbox 360?

    the 360 barely reach 1080p let alone 4k lol, it plays dvd fine, but the drive is dvd only.

    BLU-RAY PLAYER FAILING TO LAUNCH

    I should add that I have tried the same DVDs in my Xbox 360 and they play without any issues. The Blu Ray discs are not 4K they are standard Blu Ray.
