    4k capture automatically cuts off when capturing again on new xbox one preview update...


    When im press capture from the menu it normally starts to record, but in few minutes automatically stops the recording by itself and save only a 22 sec video clip.. if we play that 22 sec clip, it is corrupt and unplayable (Xbox One X)

    This same issue was happened last update and you fixed with new update which was released in 28 may, but with this preview update today (june 3) again pops up the 4k capture issue.

    Any time soon can we expect update with fix for 4K capture?

    At this moment our only option is to capture 1080p 30fps and it is
    really bad for gaming in modern days, 4K 60fps is just standard for gaming now days. I see on my channel significant drop in traffic when I upload 1080p 30fps.

    nowexperience this issue with no

    Why are you wanting to capture at 4K? the Xbox One S doesnt render any game at 4k, so all you will be doing is capturing an upscaled image.

    Good day,

    maybe because the 4K captures takes a lot of memory, try to minimize the capture duration through capture settings and make sure that your captures storage is not full then try again.

    This issue was fixed with insider preview update 29.5 (2006.200527-0000) and 4K capture was worked very well for
    a few days but now after last insider preview update 3.6 (2006.200529-2110) we have the same problem again.
