4K Blu Ray skips sometimes on the Series X

May I know what other steps have you already taken so far?
To isolate the issue, did you try a different movie title in Blu-ray?

For our basic troubleshooting steps, try to power cycle your console. Press and hold the Xbox power button for 10 sec until it turns off. Unplug it from the power source for few minutes. Plug it back in and turn it on again.

Other thing to try is to reinstall your blu-ray player. Let me know if that fixes the issue.

Hopefully it's not a console issue but a title issue.

I remember trying other 4K movies in the past, and they worked fine. One was The Big Lebowski.

Turns out The Batman is a 100GB blu ray, and apparently some hardware has issues with these. Could this be the problem?

I'll try other 4K Blu Rays tomorrow.

This happened with 2 different copies of The Batman. The thing is, it happens randomly partway through the movie, so I have to watch the entire thing.

Hopefully they're just faulty discs.
