4k blu ray player 0x91d70001

I bought a 4k disc of batman v superman dawn of justice and the disc isnt playing and i get that error message. We cant play this disc. Try another one... i called the support and also did ALL of the steps and nothing works. The disc is brand new and its
never the disc. All the other discs work fine. Help its my favorite movie ( dont hate me for that lol )

I can totally see how not being able to watch your favorite flicks could be frustrating.

If this is happening persistently with the Blu-ray player app, I would definitely try following the steps outlined in our

Xbox One Game Freeze Solution for it.

"Put your dvd or blue ray into the console allow time for error code to show or black screen to show. When it does remove disk from console. Do
not touch your controller. After dvd or blue ray is removed reach behind your console and unpluge your hdmi cable wait 10 seconds. Then pluge the hdmi back in. You will still have an error or black screen. Then immediately put your dvd or blue ray back into
console"

You realise it has a 4k blu-ray drive? This is the main reason I'm getting one, it's about half the price of 4k blu-ray players in the UK.

I'm having the same issue and I tried the above "fix" to no avail. After getting the message, the Blu-ray player loads the 4k Blu Ray in 1080 not 4K. I can play it in 1080 but not 4K
