    4K @ 120Hz stopped working on my TV


    I have a Samsung the frame 55inch and an Xbox series X. I used to be able to run 4k 120hz no problem. About 3 month ago something looked off and I couldn't select 120hz anymore with 4k. Best now is 1080p with 120 or 4k with 60hz. I reset my TV and it worked again. Now for some reason it happened again, but this time even resetting g the TV doesn't help. I know my setup can run 4k 120hz I've done it for over a year and now it won't let me. Please help.

    It says that it does support 4k HDR. But it did. For over a year. The latest firmware is on the TV. So I guess it's on the TVs end I was just wondering if other people have encountered the same.

    what does the setup screen say you support?

    Have you updated the TV firmware?

    You need to call Samsung support for help with their TV

    I have a lg 4k tv with hdmi 2.0
    That will work fine with Xbox Series X,

    However you wont get the 120hz refresh rates at 4K, as that requires to have HDMI 2.1, other than that your TV is fine to use, if your not to bothered about 120hz refresh rates at 4K as an issue for you, there's no need for a new TV.
