4J and all the shenanigans

We were promised minecraft on launch but as it turned out its continued to be pushed back, as they claim they're all hands down to work.

WELL we got the anouncment for xbox one edtion at E3 2013

so why is it that PS4 and PS-vita get the same launch period they should have to wait a whole year longer like we have. a company shouldn't put OFF our console schedule for other consoles that's simply a waste of our time.

every photo every tweet every launch on any minecraft content from the launch of the xbox one has been counter productive. Its a simple game that doesnt take years to make it should be done within a few months.

its most certainly not a high top dollar 1 year build like a activision game we know of.

its most certainly not a 60gb game with a massive encrypted game engine

its texture is interchangeable so thats not a problem with conversion either

they literally drank or posted picture of alcoholic beverages to celebrate any console that wasnt the xbox one teasing for a sick joke. they dont even have the right to charge a 5.00 fee if you bought the game before.

Running?

I believe it's being added in the next update v1.8. And controlled via the left stick & the camera angle moved to a different button.

4J Studios is where the door you'll want to knock on. This forum is literally not associated with 4J or Mojang at all.

 

A few things: 1) It was NEVER announced as a launch title for the Xbox One (it was for the PS4). It was supposed to be released in the "Xbox One launch window". 2) The game isn't out for the PS4 yet. 3) The release date has never been pushed back, as
there was never an initial release date to begin with. 4) The game will be released next month. Patience.

 

So if we are to believe your statement of the Xbox one Launch window, then I suppose a "launch window" is sometime after the first year of release. Hate to tell you but that's not launch window at all. Now what they should have said to avoid this backlash,
of sorts, is to say it will be out sometime and to give the people that have been waiting a long time constant updates as to what's going on. I was patient at first but now I getting a bit irritated with them worrying about the Sony consoles when it was on
360 way before the it was even thought of being on any Sony console.

I don't mean to be an @#$ about this subject but Minecraft happens to be one of my favorite games and, you're right, they said launch window, which I was under the impression launch window was a 4-6 month difference to launch date. I sold my 360 because
of this and been waiting and the keep saying "next month". O won't even say I will boycott it for the waiting we all have been doing because that is just ridiculous, but I sure would like to. But I love Minecraft and would just like some respect from the
developer to the consumer that gives them money.

 

^^ Well, you can't blame MS/4J/Mojang in regards to you selling your 360. That is your own fault. It's your call if you want to boycott anything. I'm sure, in a perfect world, the game would have been released within that window, but things happen. They
probably had a list of things they wanted to get done before they released the game on the new consoles. Bugs came up with those updates, they had to fix those, and the development for the One/PS4 kept getting pushed back.
