4G phone connection and Xbox One X

Hi, (sorry if this is a wrong category, i didn't find my device in "networking hardware information")

I would like to play on xboxlive with my phone connection to get better network stats.

Here are the stats of my ADSL router :

Download : 7Mbps ; Upload : 0.78Mbps ; Latency : +100ms ; Wireless strengh : 100% ; Packet loss : 1%

And here are the stats with my 4G phone connection :

Download : 35Mbps ; Upload : 5Mbps ; Latency : 50ms ; Wireless strengh : 100% ;
Packet loss : 100%

I followed the support solution "You have high packet loss" until step 7 when it ask to change firewall settings (I don't have access to advanced setting like firewall or DMZ with my phone as a router)

A few weeks ago, i was playing without any issue (same phone, same provider etc...).

I also use my 4G connection for my laptop and there is no issue.

What must I do ?

You do know that a laptop doesnt need much high speed connection right?

You are getting high packet.loss on the lte connection because its not made for.what you are trying to do

The adsl modem would.be still better because its a consistent broadband connection

Unlike your phone which can go up and down depending on location consoles.eat bandwidth like there is no tommorrow

A.laptop rarely needs a consistent connection since its more on demand unless you are gaming on it which you shouldnt because of the high latency

Run speedtest.net on your phone you will see what I mean

If your dsl is slow upgrade it

I found connecting my xbox to my 4g phone network then doing the sync then connecting back to my home network solved the problem.

I have only used a 4g modem/wireless phone router for my xbox gaming. 4g can be slow if the connection is poor but I personally never had any issue with it for multiplayer or streaming movies/netflix.

4G with Verizon? Isn't that for phones?

Phone connections are no good for xbox live. Yeah, they work for simple things like game updates, but they take a long time for what would normally be seconds.
