4G Connection - Unable To Download, Access Privacy Settings, View Games on the Marketplace, ...

While I have no issues connecting to Xbox live, but I was sure where to put this post (Sorry in-case I got it wrong). Anyways I am connected to LIVE thanks to a 4G Mobile Hotspot from my device. As I have no actual internet at home this was the best option.
Now I know what some are already going to say to me so I will just say some things for you: I have reset my System Chache - No Result I have wiped all my memory - No Result And I have been using a mobile hotspot before the latest 360 update - Apparently the
"Screw You" Update. The reason I call it this is because I have seen absolutely no change whatsoever from this update other than the fact that I no longer have access to any type of marketplace on Xbox or the fact that I can't download anything from my purchase
history. Now I know someone's going to simply say "4G isn't compatible with Xbox" tell me why? What is it with 4G that apparently work perfectly fine before and now decides to act up. If you are an expert on connections in area spare none of the technicals
as I would be very appreciative of your answer, long or not. Microsoft really needs to step up their game...

    :)

Can't access Marketplace, Privacy settings or Family settings

Yep, I've tried all of those. Or more precisely, I've tried changing my privacy and family settings on Xbox.com.

When I try and access privacy settings on my Xbox, I get "Status code: 80072741-a76bc0d7-41c9f076".

When I try and access family settings on my Xbox, I get "Status code: 80072741-a9a501a4-583a0b48".

I can download the content off of Xbox.com, but the problem is I still can't access the rest of the Marketplace.

this offer is not valid in your region

This All Depends On A Country Or Regions, View On Game Classifications or The Game Developer Or Show, Might Not Have Given The Rights or Permission For XBOX Live! Marketplace, To Allow Access For Australia/New Zealand To Download etc.. The Same Thing Happens
    On YouTube..

  4. 4G Connection - Unable To Download, Access Privacy Settings, View Games on the Marketplace, ...

Hey there, Jazmo! You got it in the right place here. Hopefully my explanation of 4G connections will be helpful. 4G Connection - Unable To Download, Access Privacy Settings, View Games on the Marketplace, ... :)

They aren't necessarily "incompatible" with the Xbox Live service; it's more that we just don't suggest it because you will run into the same problems that you are experiencing. If you look on our

    first time connection solution
page, it explains that it isn't suggested because you can run into some slow performance or lag. It can also cause
NAT errors, since phones really aren't meant to be used as routers. You can't edit any settings in the phone to make the set up as best as it possibly can be for the Xbox console.
Additionally, it's very similar to satellite connections as being long distance wireless, causing a variety of other issues.

The reason behind it working fine before and it not working now could be different things. With every update we do, the Xbox does demand slightly more from the service, putting a strain on the connection. Your phone provider may also be putting a throttle on
your connection, making it slower than it used to be. Phones can only handle so much, and aren't meant for gaming traffic, so they will break things down. Breaking down the information isn't something we want to happen because the Xbox requires the requested
packets to be the largest size possible. If we were to make it possible to connect up through 3G/4G connections, the service itself would be of less quality than it is now. This is why we state a minimum amount of speeds for the Xbox Live service, as you can
    see in our
    slow performance solution
    page.

Now, you can try out the steps in the slow performance solution page to see if you can make things a little faster, but some of the steps are for modems and routers. For the best experience on the console, though, I do suggest trying to connect to a router
and seeing if things run better on there. If they do, then we know that the console is working as intended and there is something happening on the 4G connection side of things.

I really do hope I have been helpful for you! Please post back if you were able to try it on a different connection and your results. We want to make sure that you are able to have full access to the items you've purchased. 4G Connection - Unable To Download, Access Privacy Settings, View Games on the Marketplace, ... :D

Connected Online and still no marketplace...

No corrupted items are on the hard drive or were/being download. Changed the DNS settings and per the instructions above and I could connect to Xbox Live, but still got the Error code and unable to download or access the marketplace. I have not called Verizon
    yet.

    missing games-games folder empty

Not sure why the games aren't showing up. Even if downloaded with a different profile, they should still be there.

As for redownloading everything, you can access your download history by going to the settings tab on your Xbox, then selecting Account, and then Download History. You can also do it from your computer, more details here:
