    code 4b538e50 can NOT connect to XBOX Live for a week now.

    Its been a whole week now and I cannot find a solution to sign in to xbox live. I cannot continue with the career mode as it left off on my 2k16 game. I been looking for answers and following all the instructions given and I keep getting this error code
    4b538e50. I follow the instructions given on there and it says the code does not exist. Can someone please help!

    when I turn the game on I'm met with a code efeab30c then I go to connect and I'm met with 4b538e50. Please help.
