48h trial malfunction

Hi

I've been having this issue lately: I've won these codes through a Doritos contest on facebook (about 80 of them) and been using them for 2 years now (only use them on weekends I know I'm gonna play with friends) and the last 3 I redeemed came out with "obscure"
behaviour:

Xbox ONE:

GwG library access: yes

Get available GwG: only Xbox ONE games

access Gold discounts: yes

Start/Join Parties: no

Play MP: no

Xbox 360:

GwG library access: N/A (games are yours to own)

Get available GwG: no

access Gold discounts: no

Start/Join Parties: no

Play MP: no

The first 2 times I had the issue I was told it would be fixed and was kindly rewarded for the mess... today, 3 months after the first one messed up, it's third in a row and I'm not pleased.

I used another code - same problem, no fix. Support chat was useless for the first time in 6 years telling me the trial had no MP privileges... which makes no sense for so many reasons... I mean... it's not even working on the 360 at all!! What's the logic
in that??? ..I got the codes and the X1 didn't even existed....

I hope the flawless opinion I have about Xbox support will remain untouched, specially after my long effort on bringing many portuguese customers to this community that is so set aside that it's almost unbelievable how a company like this doesn't move a
muscle to pitch the console around here.... a mix of lazyness and irresponsability of representatives over here, probably...

Also extremely concerned about the plus 30 codes I've still got to use which "magically" are certainly gonna be with no MP access and regarding usage on the 360 they'll be for recreation purposes for who likes to redeem some codes for nothing. (fun!! yey!!)

Don't hate on me for some sarcasm... it's late where I am and was expecting to play some "The Division" with my friends and ended up late at night talking to Mr Nolan "Useless" S. on chat support and am not a bit happy about the outcome.

PS.: Before anybody asks, already did all the usual troubleshoot. (reseting console & removing+redownloading profile, etc..) .. it's the 3rd time, keep that in mind and save me from the customary "steps". Just FIX IT!

Error when i try to redeem a xbox live code

14 days trial xbox live, or 48h, or 7 days

 

Prepaid code problems

Try to use 48H prepaid trial card but can't play online!

 

Trials only give you limited access to some xbox live gold features.

Some games will not let you play online multiplayer with trials,you would need a full gold membership.

There's nothing to fix,the trials are working how they should.

 

I wish support could test something that I will but keep forgetting to do, since my daily console is the X1... The next code I'll use I'll redeem it through my x360 and I bet it will work fine... The codes are bugging when redeemed through X1 ..it's truly
not nice to see assumptions with trial codes as people see fit just because they're free codes... Not on any of the previous contacts I've had with support was I questioned/nor informed that I wouldn't be able to play MP and agreed that it was indeed weird
that it was letting me take advantage of gold discounts on the X1 and getting available X1 GwGs ... but it's all gonna be ok when I redeem the code through x360 because that one code will be one that will let me play MP... unbelievable.

 

Just to let people know:

After the error with the last code I used, I went for it and redeemed through x360... guess what - it all worked.

In case someone wants to tell me a joke about how this code has different permissions than the last one : (HWWVB-4TX9Q-Q4BR7-33XX6-JYW6D) - *USED*

There IS an issue with redeemable trial codes on Xbox One, at least with me, and, for the record, problem NOT solved and TERRIBLY handled.

As this is an issue with something that does not generate income, it will, most likely, remain UNFIXED. So a tip for those who have these codes and still have the super reliable x360: redeem these codes through it. Not even through
the website. One of the times it went wrong it happened with me trying to go around the problem through that way and "bye bye 48h gold".
