Discus and support 48h trail code redeemed unable to play online in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have the same problem as many others here.     48h trail code redeemed unable to play online


    I have the same problem as many others here. For some reason it is not possible to play online when redeeming a trail code.

    I already called the support and after 50 mins of waiting in the queue a lady told me that my code is lost due to online problems. I expected at least another 48h code since a friend of mine had the same problem and the support gave him a whole month xbl
    gold.

    So, can we expect a reinstatement for all that trouble?
