The game itself is still within the catalogue of games for Game Pass and should be readily available to download. If you are attempting to download the game on Xbox, you can access it in the game pass app section by searching within the app and clicking download.

You may also do a search in the Xbox store for Flight Simulator, select the standard edition (this is the one included in Game Pass), and click Install with Game Pass. The game itself is a large download so make sure to make space for it as well as time to download.
