Discus and support 48 hours and still no connection? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; there must be a better way or higher place to take this to....as the title says ...I think its disgraceful that MS haven't sorted this out yet. are...     there must be a better way or higher place to take this to....as the title says ...I think its disgraceful that MS haven't sorted this out yet.

    are they gonna voluntarily give me back at least 2 days worth of my xbox live payment...I think probably not.

    therefore we should be able to take this to an ombundsman of sort to make a claim.

    ofc im willing to forget any claim if you would so kind as to GET ME BLOODY CONNECTED NOOOOOW!

    since the hack, achievements for the pinball arcade don't work

    more than 48 hours later... still the same problem and still no answer.

    @onyx62is is correct, that's the status page but in regards to the 2 days loss of service you can always submit Feedback to Xbox and they review ALL feedback posts made.
