48 hour gold trials won't redeem

Hi i am currently not a gold member and every time I try to redeem a 48h trial my Xbox one tells me that I am gold member but when I try and play online or use the internet etc on my Xbox one it says I need a gold membership could someone please help with

Problem with redeeming glod

Keep in mind that if its says 48 hour "trial" and you've already used a trial subscription, you won't be able to redeem another trial.

 

48 hour gold live trial will not work?

I typed in my code to redeem my 48 hour trial for xbox live gold membership and it acknowledged i had the code but it didnt give me live gold..when i tried to reenter the code it said the code was already entered and still here i am with my free membership..
anybody know what happend or what i have to do to redeem my 48 hour trial?

i know Trial codes can not be redeemed as Long as Gold is enabled, but it wont work even if there is no running Gold

 

Well I have just thought of a temporary work around which is to redeem the code on my 360 and that worked but I really am disappointed with the Xbox one there is so much awkwardness around the whole thing I'm kind of regretting buying it

 

that is because you are using apps you aren't supposed to

first and foremost 48hour codes do notmake you gold

it only gives you certain multiplayer modes and NO apps

you can only use it for the games you purchased it for in multiplayer mode

 

Ngocphi thanks for your feedback, but just to let you know that the code I used was a 48 hour gold trial that came with titanfall on Xbox one, after redeeming this on my 360 I got full access to all apps and features of multiplayer on my Xbox one
