    I have been trying take advantage of 47.99 12 months xbox live promo I had on my Xbox one but everytime I went to hit buy it would come up with a error saying please try again later. So I called xbox and the guy helped me update my account and every thing
    but still couldn't get it to go through. then he transferred me to the Microsoft store to see if they could do anything which then I find out Microsoft store does not handle with xbox live promotions. Which I still don't get why he transfered me there knowing
    that they couldn't help me. So I called xbox today and talked to a supervisor he told me to post what has been going on here. I am a preview member and have been a member of xbox live for 8 years and I am also part of your elite and ambassador program . Can
    u please help me with this.

    thatthat Gears of war ultimate edition promo ended in the end of 2015 not 2016

    The Gears of war 4 promos ended in 2016

    Wrong promo and wrong end date
