I found a soluton over the Internet.





You can turn to your Chinese co-workers for translation. I indeed found some problems concerning capture folder.



My user name is MullerSebastian rather than User( the last folder). But I found that all of my files are stored under the User folder instead of MullerSebastian. And the folder named MullerSebastian is nearly empty.

the windows has been updated to latest veriso, but the issue wasn't solved. the game bar still automatically turns off.

Thanks for responding, I wanted to confirm because in your first reply you said that you found the solution, but when I was reading through the additional information, I didn't see that your problem was resolved.

Try navigating to Settings > Capture > and selecting "Learn how to save in another folder," which is shown in the last image you provided above. Follow the steps prompted to save to another folder and let me know if that solves your problem.

3. Fill out and summarize your feedback and Explain in more detail (optional sections) Let them know you completed all Windows updates, and you are still experiencing the issue:

• What is the problem or unexpected behavior?
  
• What steps did you take to encounter the problem?
  
• What additional software, hardware, or accessories were you using when you encountered the problem?
  
• Were there any specific error codes or messages you saw when you encountered the problem or behavior? If so, what was the specific error code or message?
  

4. Leave your feedback and all screenshots that you showed me as well.
