45 mph windstorm

My xbox 360 power brick is orange. Not red, not flashing. A windstorm made me lose power for over 24 hours. Isn't the point of the power brick to protect your xbox from power surges? Either way I've tried everything and it'll turn on for 5 seconds, the power
brick will turn green and then the next thing I know it's orange again and the Xbox shut off

Forza Horizons 3 car won't go above 45 mph

My son was playing his new Forza Horizons 3 game for the first time today and his car was able to go well over 100 mph. All of a sudden, his car would not go over 45 mph. He tried restarting the game, restarting the xbox one, and even unplugged his xbox,
but his car will still only go a max of 45 mph. Any suggestions?

The Xbox 360 does have a built in surge protector to help in case of any power surges, but sometimes they need to be reset after that happens. Give this

guide a shot and see if it helps.
