    Still can't download update, help!

    Greetings, Z0Z0. This error code is listed in this support article titled "Error code after console software update". Keep in mind, if you are attempting
    to use a USB to install the update, it must use the FAT32 file system. I would recommend trying to install the update via a USB again, but make sure it is formatted correctly. Thanks!

    Hello FleshEaterQ, I had the same, if not, similar status code error. To fix this problem, I had downloaded the update to a CD, and used that to install the update to my Xbox 360. I believe you should try it. If it doesn't work, I am truly sorry.

    Hi!!

    This error code could be associated with a networking issue that is causing the update to fail. It could also mean that the internal hard drive for the Xbox 360 is having a problem with installing the update.

    There is a
    support article     that provides solutions forthis specific error code.

    8007-0070 occurs when installing an update or buying content on Xbox 360    . Please note that you may also be able to resolve this problem by obtaining a larger-capacity hard disk as this type of error code may mean that there's not enough space
    on your storage device to install the update or the content.
