MARK THIS QUESTION ANSWERED CAUSE HUWS SOLUTION WORKS!!!!!

I was down from live for 2 weeks and tried his instructions as a last resort as I had tried every solution the "Xbox Reps" (useless) gave me, and it didnt do anything, still got THEY'RE stupid error that THEY couldnt figure out, but an everyday guy could!
Try HUWS instructions and it should work!

 

Still no good. Have deleted profiles following the 8015190E issue, followed all the troubleshoot pages I can find, tried system update (again) via USB, and still can't connect to Live. I can't even get error codes anymore, it just says I can't sign in.

I don't want to get into disabling my router firewall, updating UPnP, messing with ports and all that frass as I suspect a) it won't help and b) it will likely destroy the ability of every other device in the house to reach the internet when I screw something
up. Some of us need internet connectivity to work. I'd rather not dig a deeper hole here, especially since this problem popped up one day out of the blue after years of no issues, affects only Xbox, and nothing changed in the network environment (except potentially
Xbox Updates or Xbox Live).

Thanks for the continued suggestions Mister Quimby, however I'm pretty close to burying my xbox in the back yard and calling it a day.

I could fix it !! To be honest, I was really desperated the last few days. I have resetted my router to factory defaults and it works now ! Maybe that can help one of you?! I wish all of you the best of luck !

 

I tried resetting my router to factory settings, also no good. Thank you for the suggestion anyway.

I did chat with a help support on Xbox Live, but it didn't help. The farthest we got was powering down / restarting the router/Gateway (which ends the chat...). It, being the 26th time I have tried it, didn't work this time either. I guess they say the definition
of insanity is to keep doing the same thing and expecting a different result??

Curiously the first thing the xbox customer chat session instructed was a password reset - what's going on here?

In any case, I called my ISP (Cox Communications) and they have no reports of this from anyone else, nor do they have any reason to think it is on their side. All other devices (Roku, iPhones, iPad, laptops) connect just fine through the router.

However on the flip side I was able to connect my Xbox to Xbox Live through a MyFi / 3g hotspot. So I don't know what the heck is going on.

Next up is to try to get a partial refund for the balance on my Gold membership.

 

Same exact problems as everyone here. The strange thing is that my Xbox One connects just fine. But the second I try the 360 nothing works. Everything connects except XBL. I thought my xbox was broken since my friends were fine. Hopefully for us things aren't

I had the same issue and I was able to fix it. After trying a million things,

I noticed I had a random xbox profile on my system.

All I did was delete the random profile and that worked perfectly.
