40k achievements disappeared from my profile

HI I noticed this morning that more than 40k achievements disappeared from my account. When I went on the xbox one to check the achievements, I noticed that wrc 5 was as 0 instead of near 560, roblox with 0 instead of 1000, killer instict 0 instead of +2400,
and so on...

I contacted support, who told me to delete profile, unplug xbox and recover but still did not change anything.

Gamerscore Reset.

I too had this happen. I booted up my xbox and was playing mass effect and an achievement popped up and i only had 50gs. Kinda wondering what happened since i was close to 40k gs and now it all disappeared and ive never modded any xbox ive had.

 

Disappeared from my profile...

I did complete Assassin's Creed : Altair Chronicles HD game on my WP Lumia 850 . All achievements was unlocked and synchronized with xbox live. They are listed on xbox360 dashboard profile page. They are listed on my TrueAchievement.com account as unlocked.
But i can't see this this game on my XboxOneX profile and Xbox.com game list also...

Hey Vjtf! This can sometimes occur for a few days at a time sometimes but the gamerscore will come back shortly. If you do not see those achievements return it could be because of a gamerscore reset if the achievements were determined to be hacked or manipulated
in some way. Give it a few days and let us know how it goes!

 

ok i will wait. But rhey were legit. Not hacked.

 

Here we go again, my GS is up and down..... lost 40k, recover 40k, lost again 40k, in a few days will get 40k back....

What's going on with the account????
