I bought the 40% off three months of gold and $500000 in gta5 online deal over a month ago and I have yet to receive it. I originally contacted xbox support four days after purchase but they told me it would take seven day for me
to get the code. I waited seven days and still didn't get anything so I contacted xbox support again. This time I was told I had to wait a month. I waited a month and again nothong came. I contacted xbox support for the third time and wad just told it was
a rockstar promotion and that I needed to talk to them. I the contacted rockstar who told me that it is infact Microsoft who I have to talk to. So yet again for the fourth time I contacted xbox support and after waiting an hour they just told me to post here.
So needless to say im alittle annoyed.

I'm also waiting for that reward as well and was told we are suppose to recieve it on November 1st and it is now November 5th . I also contacted live support and they did not do anything about it.

i feel your pain.. just ended up here following a link from customer service on my 4th try... was told it could take a week for it to be resent pending a brief investigation... i check everyday multiple times for this blasted code and it was never sent in
the first place..

 

I also contacted support and they sent me here too. I was told we were suppose to recieve it November 1st and it is now November 5th I'm getting pissed because they are so quick to charge us for anything but make it a mission to resolve an issue.

 

first time i contacted support i was told it would come before the 31st... second time, on the 2nd of nov. .. the third confirmed that i should have had it on the 2nd and to be patient as they were doling them out in batches and that it would come, that
was on the 3rd of nov. .. the 4th sent me here... and still i wait... i love xbox but this **** has me wondering if a class action lawsuit is coming...
