40% off Gold on Dashboard not selectable.

Anyone else not being able to select the 40% off Gold offer on the dashboard. I try to select it but nothing happens.

I want the 40% off gold deal but its not showing up on my dashboard like it is my husbands

My husband has a promotion for 40% off gold for 2017 on his dashboard but I cant get the same deal on my account. My gold runs out Sunday and I want to get the same 40% off deal for a 12 month membership. Thanks

Got offered Xbox live gold with 40% off - couldn't take offer on dashboard despite it appearing there for several days.

Xbox live support couldn't solve the problem and recommended communication on here. Can you sort?

 

You`re already showing as gold, you may not qualify for it till you`re silver.

 

The bottom line says renew now for multiplayer, free games and more.

 

I have the same problem. I see the 40% off banner add but I can't click it. I even cancelled my Live subscription (since I just renewed last night) to see if that would let me select it but no go.

 

same thing here, and if I go to my account to purchase, the offered plans show the full price. My membership ends next month and would like to take advantage of the savings, does anyone know it the discount shows up when you try to purchase ?
