40% off 3 month Gold + $500,000 gta shark card offer

October 2nd I purchased this promotion and have yet to receive a code. I've talked to support 3 times and they gave me dates on when I should expect the code, those dates have come and gone and still no code.

Still didn't get my code

I got a offer for a $500,000 shark card code for gta if i bought 3 months of gold. I did but I never received a code.

 

Have not received promotional offer for signing up for Xbox gold live 3 months

I recently purchased the 3 month gold membership that was 40% off and came with a $500,000 shark card from Grand theft auto V. It said that it would send me the code for it on my message center, it's been more than 4 hours that I've signed up for gold and
I have yet to receive any message to receive this promotion. Very unsatisfied.
