Discus and support £40 for Xbox live and can't get a simple custom gamerpic, nice one Microsoft in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I set the date wrong on my Xbox on my Xbox and I and now I have to wait a couple of years till I can get a stupid gamerpic.     I set the date wrong on my Xbox on my Xbox and I and now I have to wait a couple of years till I can get a stupid gamerpic.

    I don't even get why anyone under 18 can't be trusted to choose there gamerpic

    Custom Gamerpic on Xbox One

    I had a custom gamerpic on my Xbox 360, but it doesn't carry over to the One either.

    So therefore, if you have a way to upload a custom gamerpic on Xbox One, it's probably not sanctioned by Microsoft and therefore you could be penalised if you do it.

    Of course, the content of your custom gamerpic also matters. Can't have anything that breaks the illusion of being "family friendly".

    ive seen alot of my freinds on xbox live with custom gamerpic but for some reason i could not get that feature so i contacted microsoft and they said that i had to write a post here plz help i really want that custom gamerpic feature and im also on insider
    but i still cant get it i really plz help me

    I'm having the same problem. I contacted xbox live support and they even confirmed that i had an adult account and that i was listed as 18 but im still getting the error message "people under 18 can't upload custom gamerpics". I just want to be able to upload
    custom gamerpics and I'm the right age to do so, yet I can't.

    Getting my old gamer picture back.

    Right now you need to wait until Microsoft/Xbox activate the custom gamerpic again. But you can still use any Xbox Live Gamerpic!

    Usually it get verified within 24 hours custom gamerpics but if you aren't older then 18 years you can't get a custom gamerpic
