I have been registered to the MyRewards since 2013. I have done a lot on my Xbox, pre-orders,purchases,rank ups, my gamerscore is over 51,000 , I don't receive points or anything. My friend gets money added to his account randomly from Microsoft but I dont.
I've always had a problem with my Xbox and gamer tag since I first started playing back in 2011..how can this be looked into? Am I doing something wrong?

    :)

The new Tomb Raider games are worth a look, as they allow you to level up equipment, survival skills and unlock new ones as well similar to and rpg but it doesn't lack gameplay. Resident Evil, Bio Shock, Dead Space collections are all worth a look as well,
I'm a fan of the AC, Borderland games, Fallout and the Elder Scrolls games are just some of my favorites, have you tried ESO? The newer AC games bring different things to the table as far gameplay and story, I liked them haven't played origins but to me they're
all slightly different in their own little way, the new Final Fantasy is slow start cause there is so much to learn since the last installment. That's all I can think of at the moment let me know which ones you decide to play and what you think about it.

You definitely can't go wrong with the AC franchise if you are a fan. Picking them up late means that you will save yourself the trouble of experiencing bugs for the most part. The same things goes for Andromeda. As far as the game goes, I am enjoying Andromeda
when I can find time to play. The gameplay and story got my attention but the world is huge and there is so much to do that I parked it until I can spend some real time with it

Support will check your account and post back, but in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    Hello Wicked Kissez,

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/
    .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
YOU! We've got your answer here.
" (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
    as of July 2014.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).
