遊戲打開到載入畫面過一段時間後就自動關閉甚麼錯誤訊息都沒跳出來該如何解決

Windows 10 is up to date. We have a support article that provides troubleshooting steps for

gameplay issues on Windows 10. If these troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, we recommend performing

a clean boot. A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs,

之前能正常啟動

重灌後仍無法連線只能單機遊玩

有購買地平線5 能正常運作及連線
