Next Xbox One Backwards-Compatible Games Revealed

Four new games have been added to the Xbox One's backwards compatibility program, Microsoft has announced.
Titles added to the lineup today, February 11, include Alan Wake's American Nightmare, Lego
Batman, Sam & Max: Beyond Time & Space, and Trials
HD.

With the introduction of these games, the Xbox One backwards compatibility program now includes 134 games. You can see

In other Xbox One backwards compatibility news, Red Dead Redemption (and others) were discovered to be playable on the console this past weekend. However, Microsoft has since removed
Red Dead Redemption, saying it was made available to the public due to an "error."

It's possible that Red Dead Redemption may eventually come to the Xbox One backwards compatibility program, as Microsoft
is holding discussions with Rockstar, but nothing is confirmed.

Halo wars backwards compatibility release date?

There was never a date announced,just that it will be made backwards compatible.

No one here knows when it will be backwards compatible.

A new batch of games was added a few days ago.

 

Xbox 360 Arcade/Indie Backwards Compatibility

Some of them are. All backwards compatible games are listed here - Xbox One Backward Compatibility Games are still being added as backwards compatible
so it is possible that games that aren't on the list will be added, but it's also up to the publishers to allow them to be compatible.

 

Liked Lego batman but doubt I'll replay it not interested in the rest. If red dead redemption does get added I might buy it originally had it on PS3 but never finished it

I'm pretty sure Red Dead and Left 4 Dead will become BC eventually, I mean why else would they even be testing them like that?

 

And as usual more lackluster BC titles.

It's a lot like British Freeview.

134 channels and nothing's on.

 

I'm beginning to suspect that BC is actually PC ports splashed with the 360 logo What amazes though is the lack of appreciation from people.

 

I would love for MS to put the top 100 on their bc feedback as their priority, but that is me.

 

Alan Wake: American Nightmare is the only one of these four that I have, but I'm pleased to see it. Love an occasional dose of the solo horde-style Arcade Mode as a time killer/filler.

 

Trials, Nice. Hope the second one makes it didnt play much of that one.

 

I love that MS is giving us some BC games, but at this point it's pretty obvious they are not going to be able to deliver the BC games that people really want or if they do get the games people really want to be BC they don't run as they should. I believe
this is why they announced Black Ops around 3 months ago, but still hasn't shown up yet. Probably having a hard time getting it to run at it's native 60 FPS. If they can't get Halo Reach running at 30 FPS how do they expect to get Black Ops running at 60 FPS?

Yep I got Max GS on Trials but had a quick go earlier and takes a lot getting used to lol
