4 month trial

I have signed up for the 4 month trial with Groove Music. I had 1 month free, paid for the 2nd month but I have not received any code and have been charged again.

I had a code for a 4 week trial awhile back....do the £1 codes work more than once?

 

Never got my 3 month token for groove music trial.

I never got my 3 month token for groove music trial, made multiple calls to store support, xbox support with no luck. This was in reference the the 4 month groove trial.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I have checked and its not there, only auto renewal & invoice messages. I started the trial on January 7th.
