4 month old xbox one x wont display anymore

I had no problems until i tried playing again after not playing on it for around a week.

It boots up but no pictue.

I use the proper Xbox lead.

I have tried different tv's , different hdmi cables even items that are working with the hdmi i then plug the xbox x in and nothing, the xbox boots up but no picture.

I have also tried reseting were you press all 3 buttons whilst on and also whilst off and this didnt work.

I don't know what to do now i bought off ebay brand new and the person i bought it off won't reply

Any help please, be very grateful.

I have tried everything even scoured youtube and tried different things.

I havent taken it apart as its only 4 months old if that.

Hello, thankyou for your reply.

I got in touch with Microsoft CHAT and explained the situation.

We had to go through all the lengthy procedures of reset , changing hdmi cables, tv etc.

They then agreed there was indeed a fault and gave me 2 options.

1) pay £449 for a New Xbox X to be delivered, and i send them back my console. They then will refund my £449 once they have checked it over. (the money is a holding fee of which i haven't got that amount spare at the moment)

2)arrange a lenghty send in and repair.

I have chosen option 1, but don't have the sufficent amount to let go at the moment. But at least i know i can get a brand new one as this was only bought on Feb 5th of this year.

Please do not open up your Xbox for repair as that would negate your 1 year manufacturer warranty.

If none of the steps provided in the article resolve the issue, we recommend
requesting a repair for the console. Be sure to let us know the results!

Hi Ra EyeOfRa,

By all 3 buttons I assume you mean this "Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the EJECT button (located on the front of the console),
and then press the Xbox button on the console. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds."

If so then I would suggest going through warranty replacement as you may have a faulty HDMI port.

I had the same issue with my xbox one x a while ago, turns out it was an HDMI issue.
