Hi Carter,

I'm sorry to hear that Forza Horizon 4 is not responding. I'm assuming from your screenshot that you are playing on a Windows 10 PC. Is that correct?

If so, then I would recommend you read and follow all of the solutions that are listed in the following support article: Fix problems
with apps from Microsoft Store. There are a lot of steps on there that will take some time so be sure to go through each step and click on any links on that page for further assistance.

It worked today after I delete the iconadams. It changed some files in windows and caused the problem. I cannot find the information in microsoft support website. It is serious for some people and it is hard to find the solution.
