4 digits pin code

Thanks so much for the reply. Unfortunately when I attempted to use the code as you suggested the site informed me that it was not a valid code format. I tried using the last 4 digits as the pin and also as the first 4 digits as the pin.

Do you mean 19 digit code then the scratch off one? As mine has a 19 digit code then next to that is the scratch of thing. Am on the game.co.uk website now I have clicked on the gift card option and it wants a digit code and a pin code. When I click on info
it says Your 19 digit gift card number and 4 digit pin code on the back of the gift card. Not sure if I have the correct card you see.

If you mean the 4 digit pin code of the family settings, then you can only reset it in one way:

In order to prevent kids from finding a default code and disabling family settings without the parent's knowing, you have to
contact the official Xbox support. There you confirm that you're an adult and give the support your console's serial number.

From that, an unique reset code will be created, and they will help you reset the family code.

They've only just introduced a way to purchase stuff online using a gift card, you have to make sure it has a 19 digit code as well as a 4 digit PIN number on the back of the card though otherwise you can't.

You do know that you can add a pin to your console so that when you sign in on it, the Dashboard asks for your pin (not account password) it's a 6 digit password. You can also program it so that when you buy stuff on your console, it asks for your
PIN. I'd like to see your toddler sir figure out your 6 digit PIN. If you want to set up a PIN on Xbox 360, it's only a 4 Digit PIN where as on Xbox 1 they went with the extra security of a 6 Digit PIN.
