4 digital games stopped working

bought these games and now works not say that I have the game, I have this problem since the day 18/02 games farcry 4 gta5 hallo cod aw?

Digital Purchase Stopped Working

No prob. What also helps are closing apps when you are not using them. By simply going to another app, they are still working taking up resources. And even when you Xbox Turn off... you are only putting the 1 to sleep... and the apps are still running, using
resources. A hard restart is good to perform every now and then

 

Sorry to hear it. Can you please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down? That should fix the problem for you.

 

I have done this, the problem is in the xbox live because it says that the game is not in my account, I get to see al aa purchase this all right, just say I'm not buying this game !!

 

If you are trying to download the game that could be the problem as right now there are issues with downloading purchased games on the One.

support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

You can also check commerce.microsoft.com to make sure the items were purchased on your gamertag. If they are not listed there and you know you purchased them on your gamertag then you should contact phone support for more assistance.

yes the game is bought in my account, but does not appear in the store or in my app games, to make the dawnlond as I enter the store says that the game was not bought !!

gta 5 returned alone to work but the aw not think in my account, farcry not see in my account but desistalei him and sent install again and was setup, now wait to see if it will work !!

our 3 day already with this problem and nothing of ms solve, and now what I do for I could delete the game and install the game again without accessing the store, just clicked on the game and asked to install again will it work ? but this so bad you download
the game not finished downloading since yesterday

 

downloaded all the new game, now installed but it asks to enter the profile you bought the game access the profile you bought the game and still does not work !!!
