    Hi My name is Drew, And the account i am posting on has been banned 4 times in under 48 hours. On November 10th 2017, I was banned for communications. During this time xbox prevented me from sending out messages and joining/starting a party that I could
    talk out of. This ban was set for 2 weeks and to end in 2 weeks according to my enforcement history on enforcement.xbox.com. On November 11th 2017, I recieved another ban for harassment and abuse and the ban was for playing on multiplayer for 2 weeks and to
    end in 2 weeks. I contacted microsoft support asking them how was it possible to get 1 ban on this day for communications and a second ban the next day for harassment if my account was unable to send messages from the first ban. Upon getting off the phone
    with them and having them tell me that only the enforcement team could answer those questions i had, i recieved a very rude email from Microsoft enforcement stating as written "

    Don’t contact Xbox Support. Support can’t provide suspension details.

    Your Xbox One account communications privileges have been suspended due to harassment or bullying behavior. This suspension has a duration of 100 days.

    So because i called microsoft support and spoke with them about this issue the enforcement team with a stick up their ass changes my duration of my ban from 2 weeks to 100 days!!!?!?!?!

    I called microsoft support a second time confused on what happened and again no one could help me. As soon as I got off the phone once again i received an email from xbox live enforcement team that stats as written "

    and I will be sueing if this is not fixed. 4 bans in under 48 hours for absolutely no reason at all. I can understand the 2 week ban for each but 100 days and 30 days added on is **** up and ridiculous.

    Bans still say 2 weeks as shown in photos of proof. And limitiations? Xbox's website still claims that a communication ban can only be 2 days, 7 days, 14 days. Harassment same thing only they added in the permanent ban. Yes i did all my research and read
    the code of conduct just incase some smart ass tryed to say otherwise. And again you cant suspend someone and them serve the time and suspend them again for the previous time. Makes no sense and thats breaking the code of conduct. I can go at this all day

    Just to verify that there is proof of where microsoft support pulls up my account and verifys that the duration was changed from 2 weeks to 100 days. Even though my account enforcement history still says 2 weeks, i still got those emails and ms support verified
    it themselves. Its not allowed for them to ban you for previous things if you already served your time for it. And they didnt do any looking into my account until i filed a case against them today ( after i was already sent them emails about how it was 100
    days communications and 30 days multiplayer ).

    I wasn’t doing anything wrong when I got suspended. Why did this happen?
    While some Code of Conduct violations are immediately resolved, XBLPET also conducts reactive investigations. Many of these investigations are triggered by player complaints. The Code of Conduct has no statute of limitations, and users may be enforced upon
    at any time for past offenses.

    A player may be offline (or playing single player) at the time of the suspension, but his or her online status at that particular moment may have no bearing on the reason behind the enforcement. If you receive a suspension and are
    not sure why it occurred, please check the email sent to your Microsoft Account or view your
    Enforcement History on enforcement.xbox.com.

    well one it's not rude it's a general statement

    If you read the email it clearly states support has nothing to do with enforcement period as enforcement mentioned noone can reverse their decisions or rulings from supports

    Second

    It doesn't matter if you are currently in suspension it does NOT void any previous violations found during the investigation of the previous report

    Keep it clean it is that simple

    As enforcement.mentioned you have no further paths

    oh and by the way. Another way u can tell is thats a recent screen shot of my enforcement history. Only shows 2. Support claims 3 bans took place. Email shows 4. So again clearly due to calling these **** heads they added on more time.
