3RD TIME. STILL UNABLE TO REGISTER

So this will be my 3rd request each time i am given a generic answer that isn't applicable. First time told i had to enter a billing address which did years ago. Second time said need to correct my date of birth with i did over a year ago.

So is this to say that regardless how long ago i updated mu info your company still shows outdated information or is your technical support too lazy to do more then 2 seconds of research before giving the first answer that pops in their mind.

At this point i am not sure why i am bothering to post this since i am sure the answer will be as generic as before with an irrelevant answer to something outdated.

Unable to Register

Hi

I've been trying to register my new Xbox One X at page:

Register (or Unregister) Your Xbox | Xbox Product Registration

However, it won't accept any phone numbers!

Neither my landline or mobile no are accepted (no country codes etc as instructed.

Thought maybe the coder had set it as American format number - nope - White House phone number not accepted

Similar logic for UK numbers - 10 Downing Street not accepted.

Can someone please advise what exactly the phone number field is expecting, so that I can make up a suitable number?

Unable to register for new X-box controller online

The error message kept appearing when I tried to register my new wireless X-box controller

"We are unable to register this device at the moment. Try again in a few minutes."

It appeared every single time I tried to register till the next day.
