    3rd time I’ve lost items


    I’m very angry! This is the third time I’ve lost items in the game the first was understandable as a chargeback happened and I was give lootboxes when it was fixed but then that got taken and I spent the next 9months to earn back the -72k currency you people
    gave me. I finally did it just about 3 weeks ago and now today I logged on 1/3 of my items were gone. I’m not angry at the fact I lost them but that it was the third time and I can’t get the items again until the event comes back if it does. I’m asking for
    some compensation if not all. Either lootboxes on my acc or even credit to it. This was the last thing that I wanted today as i only wanted To play between vomiting my guts out but instead don’t have any of my items

    Dear Microsoft Supporters I’ve been wanting to ask about the exclusive 3rd party items you get in Sea of Thieves by watching Microsoft’s big stream on Mixer on the lunch of Sea of thieves

    I’ve done all of the requirements and linked

    mixer account to Xbox Live and watched about half of the stream and yet I’ve still haven’t received the exclusive Items in 3 weeks would you be able to look into the problem? thank you for taking the time for reading this messages of an issue

    Lost Gamerscore but show unlocked achievements when open game! What is going on????! I’ve lost over 50,000 gamerscore when I transfer my account to a Xbox one console! I’ve worked hard for those points

    Was the transfer cable an official xbox transfer cable or a 3rd party cable?

    Usually only 3rd party cables ask to configure the drive. Unfortunately there is nothing to be done for your drive now because Xbox does not cover 3rd party item problems. Your drive has been reconfigured and lost all the programming to work properly with
    the xbox. It will now only be seen as a 16gb flash drive.
