    Hi there.

    i have an account banned till 9999.

    it's my primary account.

    1. The ban was done years ago.

    2. i sold my xbox360 a long time ago. i don't even have my xbox any more.

    3. The ban was wrong in the first place.

    4. Having trouble signing into Groove Music in WINDOWS 10.

    5. There is no case review button in ENFORCEMENT history. otherwise i would have used that method.

    Question

    I got suspended on my other account for having "My Mommies basement" in the location so I post in the suspension sub-forum. I get no replies from then and the next day I get issued a 9999 account ban for account theft. So I post there about that and haven't
    got a response back either. I know this is the wrong section but at least here people can see it. So I'm curious as to why this happened? GT: Its Logs

    I posted twice 3rd / 4th September, never heard anything for weeks and my posts never made it into daylight, then a couple of days ago I just got automated replies saying they were deleted. I thought the latest was that they were still not answering re console
    bans so I havent even bothered trying - what document are you talking about, is it a form or something?

    Firstly,you can't post personal info like your email address on the forums.

    It's no use posting here,no one from the enforcement team reads these forums.

    They do not ban someone permanently without a thorough investigation first so your ban was not wrong & it's highly unlikely you will get the ban overturned.

    The enforcement forum is your only option,although they are not used anymore your post will be read & possibly responded to via pm.

    Ok does your account region match your actual region? If not that would be why

    In order to download those games you must have an matching account region with your actual regiom

    Console region has no bearing on the error

    Us foreign bases don't count as the US but the host countryforums.xbox.com/.../2007083.aspx if you have a mismatched region
