    Once again Freedom Rewards. Support says I only have 4.64hrs played. I played the game Sunday so at this point it is beyond 96hr wait. My profile before I played Gwent Had about 30 min on it. After I was done 380min which is 6hrs 20mins. So there is close
    to an hour of missing playtime. Once again would REALLY appreciate it if you didn't close my post until my problem is resolved.

    provided all information requested of me. This has been an open issue for more than two months now and no response to my last post of 20 days ago. My next response will be to remove all game apps from my system and leave a very poor review of Xbox support

    Support said I played 4.63hrs in my 1st post and then 4.65hrs in my 2nd post not the 4.64hrs I typed above.

  5. Before I posted the 2nd time earlier this week, I played Warframe for what I know was well beyond 5hrs. None of Xbox Live Rewards "Support" responses after that post have even referenced that play time, only referring
    to the 4.63hrs then 4.65hrs allegedly played in Gwent despite me attaching a photo of my playtime contradicting that and as of today with 1 day left in the Freedom Rewards Free Ride for April, Xbox Live Rewards have yet to honor the rewards. Between the 24hr+
    wait times(this post closing in on 2 days) between responses to posts, the lack of any sort of notification that Support had responded to my posts, the closing/locking of my posts before my issues were adequately heard or resolved, and the options left to
    you once your posts are locked (messaging the responder which does nothing, verifying the answer that didn't resolve your issue, giving up, or creating another post to start this ridiculously awful cycle all over again) Xbox Live Rewards "Support" has been
    amongst the worst interactions that I have had with any support team. I hope this doesn't carry over when Xbox Rewards merges with Microsoft Rewards.
    Feel free to close or lock this post XBLRewards8 because after 3 posts across 4 days of trying to get support to support me I am done.

    We still see only 4.65 hours in Gwent. However, we see that you completed this offer with gameplay from Fallout Shelter, Happy Dungeons, and Warframe. Warframe was not mentioned in previous posts as it was not one of the games you listed to have us investigate.
    We see that the Credits for this offer should have been placed in your account around the 28th. Also, please note that as stated in the sticky on these forums, we do not respond to posts over the weekend. In addition, we lock threads since open threads tend
    to get "piggy-backed" upon by other users, and it makes it much more clear and concise for all involved to have individual threads for their issues. Posting multiple threads on this forum is acceptable, and by no means when we lock a thread do we consider
    the discussion over. It is our means of "locking in" our last response so that both the user and the responder can see at what point the discussion is at based on the last post.

    I would try a hard reset of your console. Just hold the power button for ~10 seconds until it forces off. A hard reset will clear the cache, which may help as cache errors will often mess with your account. After the hard reset I would recommend deleting
    your profile and redownloading it; I know you did that already but it does make a difference if you try it after clearing the cache through a hard reset.

    You should contact Official Xbox Support directly if that doesn't fix the tenure error; often on the forums it can be hard to get Official Support to fix this kind of stuff. You can chat or call them through this page on xbox.com: http://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us



    Sorry to hear that your tenure is messed up and I hope I helped. I actually had a problem with this about a year ago and learned clearing my cache on Xbox 360 then redownloading my account fixed it.
