3rd person view?

Discus and support 3rd person view? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; One of the things I loved about Halo is the 3rd person view, being able to see outside of a helmet or cockpit and being able to see a much wider area....     One of the things I loved about Halo is the 3rd person view, being able to see outside of a helmet or cockpit and being able to see a much wider area. One of my pet hates for any game is being stuck in a restricted 1st person view. Is there some kind of
    toggle I cannot find?

    I hope so. One of the few things I liked about MW2 was the 3rd person game types.

    3rd person was taken out from the lack of people playing it back in MW2, as you saw with the infected/dropzone issue when those modes first came out, they didn't have too much of an option to have a bunch of game modes in the playlists. They must have somehow
    come up with a way to fix it since they added elite and face off playlists, so they may bring it in now. As said by PlatinumSpectre, it is up for vote. Here's the link to vote so you guys don't have to look too hard 3rd person view? ;)

    3rd person view?

    Third person view is still default (non changeable actually) when in a vehicle and when holding a turret. Third person view holding a regular weapon has never been a thing though

    Click and hold the right stick then move the left stick up or down to adjust distance.

    Hold down the Change View button and use the.... right stick, unless I'm mistake, to zoom in and out. Find a level roughly appropriate and release the button.
